PAST DUE: Re-certification of All YouthWorks Sites

In order to ensure that we have the most updated information about all of our mentors, we will be re-certifying all worksites before the beginning of the Summer 2008 Session. This means that we need all current and prospective mentors to fill out updated
Career Mentor Applications. Click here to download the updated career mentor application.

*YouthWorks has obtained an official letter from the San Francisco Human Resources Department certifying that all City & County employees are fingerprinted during their hiring process. As a result YouthWorks will not be requiring mentors to be fingerprinted again.
